As Chinese New Year in Singapore will fall on 17 February (Tuesday) and 18 February (Wednesday), I’d like to share all the information you need to know regarding Mister Mobile’s working hours and customer support during this festive period.
Here’s What You Need To Know
Mister Mobile Branches
- Last operating day: 15 February 2026 (Sunday) until 9 PM
- Closed: 16 February (Monday) to 20 February (Friday)
- Resumes operations: 21 February (Saturday), 11 AM to 9 PM
During the temporary closure period, all of my services — including trade-ins, repairs, and purchases — will be unavailable.
Customer Service
- Last operating day: 15 February 2026 (Sunday) until 11 PM
- Unavailable: 16 February 2026 (Monday) to 18 February 2026 (Wednesday)
- Adjusted support hours:
- 19 February 2026 (Thursday): 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- 20 February 2026 (Friday): 7:15 AM to 8:00 PM
- Resumes as normal: 21 February 2026 (Saturday), 7:15 AM to 11 PM
