Hey there! With Chinese New Year just around the corner, I want to make sure you have all the information you need to plan your appointments with Mister Mobile.

Here’s What You Need To Know

Restricted Appointment Timings And Operating Hours

  1. Branch Operating Hours: My branches will be closing at 6 PM on 27 January 2025 (Monday), below are the available appointment timings for my services:
    • Trade-In & Phone Purchases: Available from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM
    • Repairs: Available from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Doorstep Trade-In & Repairs: Available in the following slots – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  2. Customer Service: Available from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM on 27 January 2025 (Monday).

Closure Dates

  1. Branch Appointments & Services: My branches will be closed from 28 January 2025 (Tuesday) to 4 February 2025 (Tuesday). During this period, all appointments and services will be unavailable.
  2. Customer Service: Unavailable from 28 January 2025 (Tuesday) to 2 February 2025 (Sunday).

Service Resumption

  1. Branch Appointments & Services: Regular operations resume on 5 February 2025 (Wednesday).
  2. Customer Service: Regular operating hours resume on 3 February 2025 (Monday).
