The iPhone Duo opens like a book to reveal a 7.6-inch Super Retina XDR inner OLED folding display (1878 x 2670, 430 ppi) with a nano-texture finish that cuts glare, and folds shut to a 5.4-inch outer OLED display (1398 x 2034, 460 ppi) for quick one-handed use. Both panels feature ProMotion up to 120Hz, an always-on display, HDR, and up to 3,000 nits of outdoor brightness, so the screens stay clear even under Singapore’s bright sun.
Built around a titanium foldable frame with a Ceramic Shield 2 front, the Duo measures just 5.2mm thick when open and 11.3mm when folded, and weighs 254g. It carries an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, and it even supports the Apple Pencil (USB-C), turning the large inner canvas into a notepad or sketchpad.
Performance and Hardware

The iPhone Duo runs the new A20 Pro chip, with a 6-core CPU (2 performance and 4 efficiency cores), a 7-core GPU with hardware-accelerated ray tracing, and a dual 16-core Neural Engine, the same class of silicon as the Pro models. It uses two built-in batteries for up to 24 hours of typical use, is fast-charge capable (up to 50% in around 20 minutes with a 60W-capable adapter), and supports MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging up to 25W.
Unlocking is handled by Touch ID built into the side button rather than Face ID, and the Duo is a dual eSIM device with no physical SIM tray. Connectivity is the latest available, with the Apple N1 wireless chip for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread, the Apple C2 modem for 5G, and a USB-C port with USB 3 speeds up to 10Gb/s.

Rear Cameras
The iPhone Duo uses a 48MP Dual Fusion camera system. The 48MP Fusion Main (26mm, f/1.6) has sensor-shift optical image stabilisation and also enables a 12MP optical-quality 2x telephoto (52mm), giving you two focal lengths from one lens. It is paired with a 48MP Fusion Ultra Wide (13mm, f/2.2) for landscapes, group shots, and macro. The system supports Smart HDR 5, Deep Fusion, Night mode, Panorama up to 63MP, and Photographic Styles. Note that, unlike the Pro models, the Duo does not have a dedicated long telephoto lens.
Front Cameras
There are two front cameras: a 12MP Center Stage camera on the outer display, and an under-display FaceTime camera on the inner screen, so you can take selfies or make video calls whether the phone is folded or open. Duo FaceTime also lets you use both displays at once during a video call.
Filming Capabilities
The Duo records up to 4K Dolby Vision at 120fps on the main camera, with Cinematic mode, Action mode up to 2.8K, Dual Capture, and a Duo Preview feature that uses both screens while filming so your subject can see themselves being recorded.
