Warranty Policy
For Repair services:
- There is a warranty of 30 days for every repaired device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- There is no warranty for general services, such as camera removal, water damage cleaning, and installation services where parts are from your own source.
- Warranty does not cover pre-existing issues, loss of data, water corrosion, cracks, cosmetic defects such as scratches or dents, or human error.
- For water-damaged units, our warranty applies to the replaced part only.
- Repair records are saved in our e-system. Your repair details and warranty will be retrieved by an identifier which is your mobile phone number.
For Purchases:
- Warranty for brand new mobile devices – 180 days or agent warranty (whichever is applicable)
- Warranty for accessories or used mobile devices – 30 days
- Warranty does not cover cosmetic defects, water damage, cracked screens, human error.
- Items sold are non-refundable or returnable
- Mister Mobile reserves the right to either repair or exchange the defective product.
- Terms and conditions for exchanges: Exchanged items must be equal or higher value (with top up of the excess balance).
- No refund will be given for the exchange of items with a lower value.
- Exchanging from a used device to a new device is not allowed.
- Ensure that the product has no missing items.
- Ensure that you have valid proof of purchase.
