Warranty Policy
- All warranty claims must be submitted in person at a Mister Mobile retail branch, unless otherwise determined by Mister Mobile.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented for all warranty claims.
- Warranty coverage applies only to defects in workmanship or materials and does not extend to cosmetic issues, accidental damage, misuse, or external factors, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Approval of a warranty claim is not guaranteed. All warranty claims are subject to Mister Mobile’s in-store inspection and assessment.
- Approval of any warranty claim will be determined based on inspection and assessment factors, which may include the condition of the device, evidence of misuse or tampering, compliance with warranty eligibility requirements, and other relevant considerations.
- For the purposes of this Policy, “inspection” refers to Mister Mobile’s assessment of a product’s physical condition, functionality, and completeness, and, where applicable, repair history.
- Mister Mobile reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or decline warranty claims in cases of repeated claims, unreasonable behaviour, suspected misuse of this Policy, or where warranty eligibility conditions are not met.
- Warranty coverage does not entitle customers to refunds or exchanges unless expressly stated.
- Services Not Covered Under Repair Warranty
The following services do not carry any warranty and are provided on an as-is basis:
- Camera removal
- Water damage cleaning
- Installation services using parts supplied by the customer
- Water-Damaged Devices
For water-damaged units:
- Warranty applies only to the replaced part(s) related to the repair.
- Any additional damage caused by water ingress is not covered.
- New devices sold by Mister Mobile include mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smart watches, bluetooth or wireless earpieces, and similar electronics.
- All new devices come with one (1) to two (2) years of manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand.
- The warranty period and warranty provider vary by brand. Customers should refer to the specific product listing for full details.
- Warranty typically commences from the date of purchase or order fulfilment, except where otherwise specified.
- For Samsung Devices:
- All new Samsung phones sold by Mister Mobile include up to one (1) year of local warranty provided by Samsung Singapore.
- Some devices may be pre-activated by telcos or distributors. In such cases, warranty may commence from the manufacturing date or registered activation date instead of the purchase date.
- Notwithstanding the above:
- Samsung devices sold by Mister Mobile remain eligible for Samsung Care+, provided activation occurs within sixty (60) days of the pre-activation date.
- Mister Mobile will assist customers in liaising with Samsung authorised service centres should there be discrepancies relating to the warranty period; however, final warranty approval and coverage determination remain subject to Samsung’s official assessment and policies.
- Used devices sold by Mister Mobile include previously owned mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smart watches, and similar electronics.
- All used devices come with a thirty (30) day warranty from the date of purchase, covering functional defects only. Cosmetic wear and tear consistent with a used device is excluded.
- Functional Accessories Functional accessories, including charging cables, power plugs, wired earpieces, power banks, and related products, are covered by a one hundred and eighty (180) day warranty from the date of purchase.
- Cosmetic Accessories Cosmetic accessories, including tempered glass, screen protectors, and phone casings, are not covered under warranty, even if purchased together with a device.
- The issue must be a hardware or software defect not caused by human error.
- The claim must fall within the applicable warranty period.
- Warranty coverage follows the relevant manufacturer’s official warranty policy, where applicable, and may be subject to brand-specific requirements.
- Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches or dents
- Cracked or broken screens
- Water or liquid damage
- Pre-existing issues
- Loss of data
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or use of non-original parts
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper handling, or other forms of human error
- Exposure to extreme conditions or causes beyond Mister Mobile’s control
- Compatibility issues with telco or network providers
- Network limitations for devices used outside Singapore
- Issues arising from the installation of third-party or modified software
- Cosmetic defects or packaging damage identified only after leaving the branch premises are not covered under warranty, as product condition is verified at the point of transaction
- The product has been tampered with
- Repairs or modifications are performed by unauthorised service providers
- The warranty seal has been removed or altered
- All warranty claims must be submitted in person at a Mister Mobile retail branch.
- All products and devices are subject to inspection and verification prior to any warranty determination.
- Where issues are discovered after leaving the branch, Mister Mobile may assist in submitting a warranty claim to the relevant authorised service centre. Processing by authorised service centres typically takes approximately seven (7) working days.
- For valid warranty claims on new devices:
- Devices must be sent to the brand’s authorised service centre for official diagnosis and repair.
- Mister Mobile is not authorised to provide direct one-to-one exchanges.
- Repair or replacement is handled solely by the brand under its respective warranty terms.
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment. Customers will be informed of the outcome once the assessment is completed.
- Providing accurate and complete information when initiating a repair, trade-in, or purchase
- Informing Mister Mobile of any known device issues prior to repair, which may affect warranty assessment and coverage
- Reviewing product specifications, compatibility with network providers, and any regional restrictions prior to purchase
- Ensuring that devices submitted for warranty or repair are accessible for inspection and assessment, and that any important data has been backed up prior to service
- Assess and determine the validity of any warranty claim
- Decline warranty claims that do not meet eligibility requirements

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: 30 January 2026
By purchasing any product from Mister Mobile, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification by Mister Mobile. Approval of any request is not guaranteed and will be determined based on the conditions stated below.
Scope of This Policy
This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy applies only to purchases made directly at Mister Mobile retail branches or the official Mister Mobile website. Purchases made through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Carousell, Reebelo, or any other marketplaces, are not covered by this Policy and are subject to the respective platform’s policies and systems.
1. General Conditions
- All return, refund, and exchange requests must be completed in person at a Mister Mobile retail branch, unless otherwise determined by Mister Mobile.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented for all return, refund, or exchange requests.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as sold, free from any additional cosmetic or functional defects beyond reasonable inspection handling.
- Approval of a return does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to Mister Mobile’s in-store inspection and approval.
- Approval of any return, refund, or exchange request will be determined based on inspection and assessment factors, which may include changes in device condition, usage beyond reasonable inspection handling, or other relevant considerations.
- For the purposes of this Policy, “inspection” refers to Mister Mobile’s assessment of an item’s physical condition, functionality, and completeness.
- Mister Mobile reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or decline return, refund, or exchange requests in cases of repeated returns, unreasonable behaviour, or suspected misuse of this policy.
2. New Devices
All new devices sold by Mister Mobile are strictly:
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable
- Non-exchangeable
Customers are encouraged to inspect the device before leaving the store or upon receiving the device for delivery orders.
Any cosmetic defects, packaging issues, or discrepancies identified after branch departure or delivery acceptance will not be accepted.
3. Used Devices
3.1 Return Window (7-Day Return Policy)
- Used devices are eligible for return within 7 calendar days from the purchase date as stated on the receipt, which shall be deemed Day 1 of the return period, subject to Mister Mobile’s operating days and in-store inspection and approval.
- Return requests must be submitted by the end of Day 7. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3.2 Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The device is returned in its original condition, with no new cosmetic or functional issues.
- The device has not been repaired, modified, or tampered with after purchase.
- All original accessories and packaging are included, including but not limited to the box, charging cable, user manuals, and SIM ejector pin.
- The device is unlocked, and free from any security locks or accounts, including Apple ID, Google Account, Samsung ID, or any other security features.
- The device passes Mister Mobile’s in-store inspection for physical condition, functionality, and completeness.
Failure to meet any of the above conditions, will result in rejection of the request.
3.3 Refunds
Refunds for used devices are not guaranteed and will be considered only where all return eligibility conditions are fully met and an exchange is not offered.
Where a refund is approved:
- The item must have been returned and passed Mister Mobile’s inspection and verification.
- Any non-refundable or non-reimbursable fees will be excluded from the refund.
- Refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method where applicable. An alternative refund method may be used in accordance with Mister Mobile’s Payment Policy.
- Refund processing timelines may vary and may take several working days to be reflected after approval, depending on payment method and external banking processes.
- The refunded amount may be adjusted based on the condition of the returned item and may not be equivalent to the original purchase price.
- Where promotional items, bundled products, or complimentary gifts are not returned in their original or resalable condition, the refund amount may be further adjusted.
3.4 Exchanges
Where applicable, Mister Mobile may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
3.4.1 Exchange eligibility and conditions:
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
- Used devices can be exchanged only for other used devices.
- Exchanges for new devices are not permitted, even with a price top-up.
- Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value.
- Customers must top up the price difference for higher-value exchanges.
- No partial refunds will be provided for exchanges to lower-value items.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- The item must pass Mister Mobile’s in-store inspection and meet all conditions stated under 3.2 Return Eligibility & Conditions.
4. Accessories
Accessories sold by Mister Mobile are categorised as:
- Functional accessories: charging cables, power plugs, wired earpieces, power banks, and related products.
- Cosmetic accessories: tempered glass, screen protectors, and phone cases.
4.1 Accessories Purchased Individually or with New Devices
All accessories purchased individually or together with new devices are non-returnable and non-refundable regardless of reason. Exchanges may apply only where expressly stated below.
4.1.1 Exchanges Eligibility & Conditions
- Functional accessories may be eligible for exchange if the request is made within the applicable warranty period, subject to inspection and approval.
- Cosmetic accessories are strictly non-exchangeable. The only exception applies when cosmetic accessories are purchased together with a used device on the same receipt, in which case eligibility is governed under Section 4.2 Accessories Purchased with Used Devices.
Customers are advised to inspect accessories before leaving the store or upon receiving delivery, as cosmetic or packaging issues identified after departure or delivery acceptance will not be accepted.
4.2 Accessories Purchased with Used Devices
Accessories purchased on the same receipt as a used device are eligible for return or exchange only if returned together with the used device within the 7-day return period.
4.2.1 Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for the return:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as sold, complete with all included components intact, and with original packaging where applicable, subject to in-store inspection and approval.
- The items must be returned within 7 days from the purchase date listed on the same receipt as the used device subject to inspection and approval.
4.2.2 Exchanges Eligibility & Conditions
- Items must meet the conditions listed under 4.2.1 Return Eligibility & Conditions.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
- The item passes Mister Mobile’s in-store inspection for physical condition, functionality, and completeness.
- Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value.
- Customers must top up the price difference for higher-value exchanges.
- No partial refunds will be provided for exchanges to lower-value items.
5. Non-Refundable Fees & Non-Reimbursable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable and non-reimbursable, even if a return is approved:
- Delivery fees
- Payment handling or platform fees (including credit card surcharges or platform charges)
6. Return or Exchange Request
Before submitting a request, customers are advised to ensure the item meets the eligibility conditions stated in this policy.
6.1 Prepare Your Item and Proof of Purchase
Ensure that the following are ready:
- The purchased item
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase
- Original packaging and all accessories included at the point of sale
Requests may be declined if eligibility conditions are not met.
6.2 Initiate a Request
Customers may initiate a return or exchange request through one of the following methods:
In-Store Submission
- Bring the item and receipt to any Mister Mobile branch. All items will be inspected on-site, and Mister Mobile staff will advise on the applicable outcome, return or exchange if any.
WhatsApp Pre-Assessment
- You may contact Mister Mobile via the WhatsApp button on the website for a preliminary assessment. The support team will assist by verifying basic details before advising you to visit a branch for final inspection.
Important Notes:
- All returns and exchanges must be completed in person at a Mister Mobile branch.
- Final approval is subject to in-store inspection.
- No mail-in or remote assessments will be conducted.
7. Final Determination
Mister Mobile reserves the right to make the final determination on all return, refund, or exchange requests after inspection. Such determination shall be final, binding, and not subject to further appeal.
8. Amendments to This Policy
Mister Mobile may update this Policy from time to time. Revised terms will take effect upon publication with a new Effective Date and will apply to future transactions only, unless otherwise stated. In the event of any discrepancy, the version published on the official Mister Mobile website shall prevail.
