Mister Mobile Warranty Policy
Repair Services Warranty
- Every repaired device comes with a warranty period of 30 days, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The warranty covers the specific repair performed and the replaced parts, ensuring they are free from defects in workmanship and materials.
- General services, such as camera removal, water damage cleaning, and installation services using parts from your own source, do not carry a warranty. These services are provided as-is, and any risks associated with them are solely borne by the customer.
- The warranty does not cover pre-existing issues, loss of data, water corrosion, cracks, cosmetic defects (such as scratches or dents), or damages resulting from human error, including improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- For water-damaged units, the warranty applies only to the replaced part(s) related to the repair and does not cover any additional damage caused by the water ingress.
- I maintain detailed electronic records of your repair details, including the nature of the repair, replaced parts, and warranty coverage, in my system.
- To retrieve your repair details and warranty coverage, please provide your mobile phone number, which serves as an identifier.
Limitations and Exclusions
- This warranty policy does not cover damages or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, or acts beyond my control.
- The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, repaired, or modified by unauthorized service providers or if the warranty seal has been tampered with or removed.
- Mister Mobile reserves the right to assess and determine whether a warranty claim is valid, considering the specific circumstances and conditions of the product or repair service.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when initiating a repair, trade-in, or purchase.
- For repair services, please inform my team of any specific concerns or issues with your device, as this may impact the assessment and warranty coverage.
- For phone purchases, please review the product specifications, including compatibility with your network provider and any regional restrictions, before making a purchase.
- This Warranty Policy may be updated or modified periodically without prior notification. The revised policy will be effective upon posting on my website.
- It is your responsibility to review the latest version of this Warranty Policy when accessing my services or making a purchase to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Warranty, Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions
Mister Mobile is committed to ensuring your satisfaction and confidence with every purchase. By purchasing from Mister Mobile, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Warranty Policy
Mister Mobile provides warranty coverage for eligible products purchased through my branches or website, based on the category of the item. Please review the terms below before submitting a warranty claim.
All warranty claims are subject to in-store inspection to confirm eligibility. Mister Mobile reserves the right to decline any warranty claim that does not meet these terms.
New Devices
New devices sold by Mister Mobile include mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smart watches, bluetooth/wireless earpieces, and similar electronics.
All new devices come with 1–2 years of the manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand.
- The warranty period and provider vary by brand (always check the specific product listing for full details.)
- Warranty typically starts on the date of purchase or order fulfilment, except for Samsung devices (?)
(?) Samsung Warranty Terms
All new Samsung phones sold by Mister Mobile include up to 1 year of local warranty from Samsung Singapore.
Some devices may be pre-activated by telcos or distributors. In such cases, the warranty may start from the manufacturing date or registered activation date, instead of your purchase date.
Despite these conditions, I guarantee that every Samsung phone I sell is:
- Eligible for Samsung Care+ if activation is within 60 days of the pre-activation date
- Warranty coverage is fully supported by Mister Mobile in the event the Samsung service centre does not honour the full 1-year warranty period
Warranty Eligibility
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- The issue must be a hardware or software defect, not caused by human error (see Warranty Exclusions below)
- The claim must fall within the valid warranty period
- Warranty coverage follows the respective manufacturer’s official policy and may be subject to additional brand-specific requirements.
Warranty Exclusion
Warranty will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents)
- Cracked or broken screens
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or use of non-original parts
- Compatibility issues with your telco or network provider
- Network limitations for devices used outside of Singapore
- Cosmetic defects or packaging damage discovered only after leaving the branch premises
- Issues arising from downloading or installing third-party or modified software
Repair or Exchange Terms
- If a defect is discovered before you leave my branch, Mister Mobile will replace the device on the spot (subject to immediate assessment and stock availability).
- If the issue is discovered after leaving the branch, Mister Mobile will assist in submitting a warranty claim to the brand’s service centre. Processing typically takes around 7 working days.
For valid warranty claims on new devices:
- The device must be sent to the brand’s authorised service centre for official diagnosis and repair.
- Mister Mobile is not authorised to provide direct 1-to-1 exchanges for new devices.
- Repair or replacement is handled solely by the brand under their respective warranty terms.
Used Devices
Used devices sold by Mister Mobile include previously owned mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smart watches, and similar electronics.
All used devices come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Eligibility
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- The issue must be a hardware or software defect, not caused by human error (see Warranty Exclusions below)
- The claim must fall within the valid warranty period
Warranty Exclusion
Warranty will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents)
- Cracked or broken screens

Repair or Exchange Terms
For valid warranty claims on used devices:
- Mister Mobile will first attempt to repair the item to a defect-free state
- If repair is not possible, a 1-to-1 exchange will be offered, subject to stock availability and Mister Mobile’s exchange policy.
- Repair is prioritised over exchange whenever feasible.
Accessories
Mister Mobile offers different warranty coverage based on the type of accessory purchased. Please refer to the category-specific terms below:
Functional accessories (e.g. charging cables, power plugs, wired earpieces, power banks, and related products):
- Are covered by a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase.
Cosmetic accessories (e.g. tempered glass, screen protectors, and phone casings):
- Are not covered under warranty, even if purchased together with a device.
Warranty Eligibility
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- The issue must be a manufacturer defect, such as product malfunction or fault, not caused by human error (see Warranty Exclusions below).
Warranty Exclusion
Warranty will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents)
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or use of non-original parts
Exchange Terms
For valid warranty claims on accessories:
- Exchanges are based on the original purchase date, not the date of the replacement.
Return Policy
By purchasing a product from Mister Mobile, you agree to the following policy.
All return requests are subject to in-store inspection to confirm eligibility. Mister Mobile reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet these terms.
New Devices
All new devices sold by Mister Mobile are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Customers are advised to inspect the devices in-store before leaving. Cosmetic or packaging damages discovered after branch departure will not be accepted.
Used Devices – 7-Day Return Policy
Used devices are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of purchase, as stated on your receipt. The purchase date is considered Day 1, and the return must be made by the end of Day 7.
- Example: If you purchased the device on the 2nd, your final return date is the 8th.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The device is in its original condition, with no new cosmetic or functional issues.
- The device includes all original accessories and packaging (e.g. box, charging cable, user manuals, SIM ejector pin)
- The device is unlocked, with no Apple ID, Samsung ID, Google Account, or other security lock set up after purchase.
- The device has not undergone any repairs or modifications after the date of purchase
All return requests are subject to in-store inspection to confirm eligibility. Mister Mobile reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these terms.
How to Submit a Return Request
Step 1: Prepare Your Item and Receipt
Ensure that the following are ready:
- The product purchased
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase
- The original packaging and accessories
Please ensure the item meets the return conditions before proceeding.
Step 2: Initiate a Return Request
You may start your return request through:
- Option A: Visit any Mister Mobile Branch
- Bring the item and receipt to any Mister Mobile branch. My staff will inspect the item on-site and proceed with a return or exchange if applicable.
- Option B: Message Me via WhatsApp
- Reach out to my support team via the WhatsApp button on my website. My support team will assist by verifying basic details (e.g., issue type, purchase information) to assess your case before advising you to visit a branch for final inspection.
Note: All returns or exchanges must be completed in person at a Mister Mobile branch. No mail-in or remote assessments will be conducted.
Accessories
Types Of Accessories
Functional Accessories: charging cables, power plugs, wired earpieces, power banks, and related products
Cosmetic Accessories: tempered glass, screen protectors, and phone cases
Accessories Purchased Individually / with New Devices
All accessories purchased individually or with new devices, whether functional or cosmetic, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless purchased together with a used device on the same receipt (see policy below).
Customers are advised to inspect the accessories in-store before leaving. Cosmetic or packaging damages discovered after branch departure will not be accepted.
Accessories Purchased with Used Devices
Only accessories, whether functional or cosmetic, are eligible for return if purchased on the same receipt as the used device and returned together within the 7-day return period under the Used Phone policy.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The items must be unused and unopened
- The items must be in their original packaging
- The items must be returned within 7 days from the purchase date listed on the same receipt as the used device
Non-Returnable & Non-Reimbursable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable and non-reimbursable, even if your return is approved:
- Delivery fees
- Payment handling fees (e.g. platform charges, credit card surcharges)
Exchange Policy
By purchasing a device from Mister Mobile, you agree to the following policy.
All exchange requests are subject to in-store inspection to confirm eligibility. Mister Mobile reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet these terms.
New Devices
All new devices sold by Mister Mobile are strictly non-exchangeable under all circumstances.
Customers are advised to inspect the devices in-store before leaving. Cosmetic or packaging damages discovered after branch departure will not be accepted.
Used Devices
All used devices may be eligible for exchange if the request is made within the applicable warranty or return period, and subject to the following terms.
Exchange Eligibility
- Items must meet the conditions listed under Used Device Warranty or Used Devices – 7-Day Return Policy
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be presented
- The item passes Mister Mobile’s inspection for physical condition, functionality, and completeness
Exchange Terms
Used devices can only be exchanged for other used devices
Used devices cannot be exchanged for new devices, even with a price top-up
Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value
Customers must top up the difference when exchanging for a higher-value item
No partial refunds will be provided when exchanging for an item of lower value
