At Mister Mobile, I strive to provide reliable services and quality products. This comprehensive Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage and terms for repairs, and phone purchases. Please read this policy carefully before engaging in my services or making a purchase.

Repair Services Warranty

  • Every repaired device comes with a warranty period of 30 days, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The warranty covers the specific repair performed and the replaced parts, ensuring they are free from defects in workmanship and materials.
  • General services, such as camera removal, water damage cleaning, and installation services using parts from your own source, do not carry a warranty. These services are provided as-is, and any risks associated with them are solely borne by the customer.
  • The warranty does not cover pre-existing issues, loss of data, water corrosion, cracks, cosmetic defects (such as scratches or dents), or damages resulting from human error, including improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • For water-damaged units, the warranty applies only to the replaced part(s) related to the repair and does not cover any additional damage caused by the water ingress.
  • I maintain detailed electronic records of your repair details, including the nature of the repair, replaced parts, and warranty coverage, in my system.
  • To retrieve your repair details and warranty coverage, please provide your mobile phone number, which serves as an identifier.

Phone Purchases Warranty

  • Brand new mobile devices are covered by a warranty period of 180 days or the agent warranty, whichever is applicable. The specific terms and conditions of the agent warranty may vary depending on the manufacturer or supplier.
  • Accessories or used mobile devices purchased from Mister Mobile come with a warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase, covering defects in workmanship and materials.
  • The warranty does not cover cosmetic defects, water damage, cracked screens, or damages resulting from human error, including accidental drops, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Items sold, including mobile devices and accessories, are generally non-refundable or returnable unless explicitly stated otherwise, as they are deemed used or customized to meet your specifications.
  • Mister Mobile reserves the right to either repair or exchange defective products based on the specific circumstances and availability of replacement parts or devices.
  • Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value to the original purchase, with the customer required to pay the price difference for higher-value items.
  • No refund will be given for exchanging items with a lower value than the original purchase.
  • Exchanging from a used device to a new device is not allowed. If you wish to upgrade to a new device, I can provide a trade-in value for your used device to offset the purchase.
  • When initiating an exchange, please ensure that the product being exchanged is in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, is required for all exchanges.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • This warranty policy does not cover damages or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, or acts beyond my control.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, repaired, or modified by unauthorized service providers or if the warranty seal has been tampered with or removed.
  • Mister Mobile reserves the right to assess and determine whether a warranty claim is valid, considering the specific circumstances and conditions of the product or repair service.
  •  It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when initiating a repair, trade-in, or purchase.
  • For repair services, please inform my team of any specific concerns or issues with your device, as this may impact the assessment and warranty coverage.
  • For phone purchases, please review the product specifications, including compatibility with your network provider and any regional restrictions, before making a purchase.
  • This Warranty Policy may be updated or modified periodically without prior notification. The revised policy will be effective upon posting on my website.
  • It is your responsibility to review the latest version of this Warranty Policy when accessing my services or making a purchase to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Warranty: Phone Purchase

Warranty Period 

  • Brand New Phones/Tablets: 365 days or agent warranty, whichever is applicable.
  • Used Phones/Tablets: 30 days warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in workmanship and materials.
  • Adapters & Apple Pencils:
    Original: 6 month warranty by manufacturer
    A Grade:  1 month warranty 

No Warranty

  • Cosmetic defects (scratches, dents)
  • Water damage
  • Cracked screens
  • Damages from human error (e.g., accidental drops, misuse)

Refund & Return Policy

  • Non-Refundable/Returnable Items:
    • Mobile devices and accessories are non-refundable or returnable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    • However, I do offer a 7-day return policy for certain items under specific conditions. [Refer here for more details]

Repair or Exchange

Mister Mobile Rights:

  • I reserve the right to repair or exchange defective items, based on availability of replacement parts or devices.

Exchange Terms

  • Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value. For higher-value items, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • No refunds will be given when exchanging items of lower value.
  • Exchanges from Used to New Devices: Not allowed. However, I can offer a trade-in value for your used device toward a new purchase.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Valid Proof of Purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all exchanges.

Coverage Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Negligence or improper use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Exposure to extreme conditions

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Product compatibility with their network provider.
  • Regional restrictions are considered before purchase.

7-Day Return Policy: Phone Purchase

By purchasing a phone from Mister Mobile, you agree to the following return policy:

New Phone/Tablets Return Policy

  1. Unopened and Unused Condition
    I accept returns for new phones/tablets within 7 days of purchase if the phone is in its original, unopened packaging and remains unused. All returns must include the original packaging and all accessories (e.g., charger, headphones, manuals).
  2. Opened or Used Condition
    If you have opened, activated, or used the new phone in any way, it is not eligible for return. Any usage, such as making calls, connecting to Wi-Fi or cellular networks, or inserting a SIM card, classifies the phone as used and non-returnable.
  3. Locked Phone/Tablets
    Devices with an Apple ID lock, Samsung ID lock, Google account lock, or any other security lock cannot be returned. Please ensure that all locks are removed before attempting a return.

Used Phone/Tablets Return Policy

  1. General Return Conditions
    I accept returns for used phones/tablets within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as when purchased, with no signs of damage or modifications. All original accessories must be included, and the phone must retain its original appearance and functionality.
  2. Non-Returnable Conditions
    Phones/tablets showing signs of damage, such as water exposure, cracked screens, or significant scratches or dents, will not be accepted for return. Additionally, phones with an Apple ID lock, Samsung ID lock, Google account lock, or other security locks are not eligible for return. Please ensure all locks are removed before attempting to return the device.
  3. Inspection and Acceptance
    All returned used phones/tablets will undergo a thorough inspection. If any of the above issues are found, I will refuse the return.
  4. Special Notes
    Used phones/tablets that have been replaced or repaired are not eligible for return. Devices with unauthorized parts or repairs will also not be accepted for return.

Additional Terms

  1. Accessories Return Policy
    If you purchase accessories along with the mobile phone (e.g., tempered glass, case), they can be returned if they are in their original packaging and unused. Once the tempered glass or case has been used, they are no longer eligible for return.
  2. Non-Refundable Fees
    Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. Payment handling fees are also non-refundable.
