Payment Policy
Effective Date: 30 January 2026
This Payment Policy explains the payment methods accepted by Mister Mobile and outlines the terms governing online and in-store purchases, deposits, identity verification, fraud prevention, refunds, and cancellations. By completing a purchase with Mister Mobile, you agree to the terms stated below.
Scope of This Policy
This Payment Policy applies to payments made directly at Mister Mobile retail branches and the official Mister Mobile website. Payments made through third-party platforms are subject to the respective platform’s own payment, refund, and voucher policies, as further detailed in Section 9 of this Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Mister Mobile accepts the following payment methods. Each method’s associated handling fees and limits are listed below.

- Certain payment methods incur a handling fee imposed by third-party payment service providers. Customers who wish to avoid handling fees may choose preferred payment methods such as Cash, PayNow, or PayLah.
- All fees are inclusive of GST and may be revised at any time without prior notice. The applicable fee at the time of payment shall prevail.
- Devices, accessories, or services will not be released, delivered, or completed until full payment has been successfully received and verified.
2. Vouchers & Gift Cards
The following vouchers are accepted at selected Mister Mobile branches:

- CDC & SG60 vouchers accepted at selected branches.
- Valid for in-store payments only.
- Not exchangeable for cash or credit.
- Damaged or expired vouchers may be rejected.
- Voucher acceptance and eligibility are subject to change without notice.
- Vouchers and gift cards used for payment are non-refundable and non-returnable.
3. Instalment Plans
- Mister Mobile offers instalment payment options through selected third-party providers.
- Availability of instalment plans may vary by provider and promotional period.
- All approvals, limits, and repayment terms are managed directly by the provider.

4. Deposits
4.1 Sales Deposits (Preorder Devices)
- Deposits may be required to secure reserved, special-order, or allocation-based devices, subject to availability and brand arrangements.
- A deposit may be collected when a customer requests the device to be reserved for a limited reservation period, as communicated at the time of reservation.
- Sales deposits are valid only within the reservation period as reflected at the time of reservation or latest update.
- The reservation period for sales deposits is limited to a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of reservation or subsequently updated by Mister Mobile.
- Deposits will be offset against the final payable amount upon successful completion of the purchase.
- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of customer-initiated cancellations, changes of mind, failure to collect the device, or failure to complete payment within the reservation period as reflected at the time of reservation or latest update.
- If Mister Mobile is unable to fulfil the order due to stock or supply issues, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- A sales deposit does not constitute a price lock. Final selling prices are confirmed only upon full payment and may change due to market conditions.
4.2 Repair Deposits
- When the required spare part is in stock, no deposit is needed.
- When the spare part needs to be specially ordered, a deposit is required to proceed.
- If the customer subsequently chooses not to proceed with the repair for any reason after the spare part has been ordered, the deposit becomes non-refundable but may, at Mister Mobile’s discretion, be used to purchase other Mister Mobile products.
- If Mister Mobile is unable to obtain the required spare part within the communicated timeframe, the deposit will be refunded.
4.3 Phone Rental Deposits
- A security deposit is required for phone rentals.
- Cash deposit: refunded immediately after return and successful inspection.
- PayNow UEN deposit: refunded within 2–3 working days by the finance team after inspection.
- The deposit will be refunded in full if the device is returned in acceptable condition according to the Phone Rental Terms & Conditions.
5. Online Payment Restrictions
5.1 Online Credit Card Payment Cannot Be Used for In-Store Collection
- Online credit card payments are strictly restricted to delivery orders and will not be accepted for in-store collection under any circumstances.
- This restriction is implemented due to higher fraud and chargeback risks associated with online credit card payments for in-store collections.
5.2 Identity Verification for In-Store Collection
- Customers collecting in-store orders may be required to present valid identification for verification purposes.
- Full ID details are not retained, and verification is conducted in accordance with PDPA guidelines.
6. Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and maintain transaction security:
- Products will not be released or shipped until payment is fully confirmed.
- Suspicious or unverifiable payments may be declined or cancelled.
- Additional identity verification may be required for high-value transactions.
These measures are implemented to protect both customers and Mister Mobile from unauthorised transactions. Mister Mobile reserves the right to refuse orders that pose fraud risk.
7. Pricing & Currency
- All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Prices may change without notice due to market conditions.
- Mister Mobile is not obligated to match prices across platforms.
- Promotions, discounts, and bundle offers may vary by platform.
8. GST & Pricing Scheme
All goods are sold under the GST Gross Margin Scheme, which means that GST is already considered into the final price, and neither the seller nor the buyer can claim input tax on these goods.
9. Third-Party Platform Payments
Payments made through third-party platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Carousell, Reebelo, or similar marketplaces are governed by the respective platform’s own payment, refund, and voucher policies.
- Prices, promotions, and payment options may differ from Mister Mobile’s retail stores and website.
- Mister Mobile’s in-store and website payment policies do not apply to purchases made through third-party platforms.

10. Invoices
10.1 Invoice Issuance
- An invoice is issued for all retail phone sales at the point of successful payment.
- For repair services, a repair order will be issued upon confirmation of the repair request.
- For transactions involving deposits (e.g., preorders or repairs), the final invoice will be issued after full payment is received.
10.2 Invoice Details
Invoices will reflect the customer’s name, product or service description, IMEI/serial number (where applicable), payment amount, payment method, and transaction date.
10.3 Invoice Amendments & Reprints
Requests to amend invoice details must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Financial or item-related details cannot be changed once the invoice is issued. Invoice reprints can be provided upon request with proof of purchase.
10.4 Third-Party Platform Orders
Invoices for orders placed through Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Carousell, Reebelo, or other marketplaces follow the respective platform’s invoicing system and cannot be modified by Mister Mobile.
11. Refunds
Refunds, returns, and exchange are governed by Mister Mobile’s Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, including the Warranty Policy where applicable.

- Handling fees, platform fees, and third-party payment processing charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, returns, or failed transactions.
- All refunds are subject to approval in accordance with the applicable policy, it will be processed via the original payment method where practicable. If a refund cannot be made to the original payment method, an alternative refund method may be used at Mister Mobile’s discretion.
12. Trade-In & Buyback Payout
For all trade-in and buyback transactions, Mister Mobile issues payout exclusively via PayNow through Aspire, a third-party payment service provider, for accepted devices.
- Payouts are initiated only after the customer accepts the final valuation. Payout timing may vary depending on Aspire processing timelines, banking processes, compliance or manual reviews, or other factors beyond Mister Mobile’s control and no specific payout timeline is guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate PayNow details. Mister Mobile shall not be responsible for delays or failed transfers resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment information.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Mister Mobile reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit service or transactions in the event of suspected fraudulent activity, suspicious payment activity, abusive or threatening behaviour, payment irregularities, or attempts to misuse, manipulate, or circumvent company policies.
14. Amendments to This Policy
Mister Mobile may update this Policy from time to time. Revised terms will take effect upon publication with a new Effective Date and will apply to future transactions only, unless otherwise stated. In the event of any discrepancy, the version published on the official Mister Mobile website shall prevail.

When reaching out, you are encouraged to provide the order number, payment method, proof of payment, and a brief description of the issue to assist in the review process.
For disputes involving banks or third-party instalment providers, you may be required to liaise directly with the respective financial institution or service provider.
In cases where a chargeback is initiated without first contacting Mister Mobile, Mister Mobile reserves the right to suspend future transactions with the customer and may require alternative payment methods for subsequent purchases.
