Honor screen repair and replacement

• A screen replacement is common and frustrating. Most people will end up with a cracked screen after dropping the device accidentally, which in the end causes a faulty display. It is essential and affects your usage. It is recommended that you get a screen repair or replacement for your cracked phone screen before it worsens.
• The cost for repairing your Honor device at my service centre is cheaper compared to when you get your screen fixed at other service centers plus my waiting time is fast which complete within 60 minutes.
• I offer 2 different grades for the screen. Above all, grade A is equivalent to the original, while the Grade B Screen is OEM, which is faded in color and cracks more easily.
• Do note that screen can only be fixed if the phone’s screen is still functional and the display or LCD DOES NOT have lines or marks.

Should I get Grade A or Grade B Honor screen?

This product is for Honor Front Glass Replacement. Screen replacement is required if your smartphone cracked ONLY on the front glass. If the display is discolored, has lines appearing on display and/or has reddish or blackish dots appearing, you will need to get the LCD replacement instead. What to look for before purchasing this Honor screen repair?

Buy this repair if:

• The device has a noticeable cracked screen or digitizer. I can do a free check-up for you if you are unsure. You can also refer to my blog post.
• The device’s screen is functional as in the touch responsiveness is still functioning despite the broken screen.
• If there are lines and/or marks on the display of the screen, you may need an LCD repair or replacement instead. Do note that LCD and screen fixation are of day and night difference. Hence, it is important to know which to get on the menu to avoid spending unnecessarily. If you are unsure, do come to me for a free check-up.
• Your d is device till able to power on and charges as per normal.
• You have not sent the device for any repairs done at any other service center.

Enquire further if your device shows the below symptoms:

• The device does not display anything when plugged in with a fully functioning power supply. This issue may be due to a faulty charging port which is caused by the fall. Do refer to my Charging Port product pages for more information.

At Mister Mobile, I differentiate my screen repair as “Grade A” or “Grade B”. My Grade A LCD is as good as the original. This is because only authorized Honor service centre Singapore is allowed to advertise their product as “Original” according to consumer law.

“What is the difference between Grade A replacement and Grade B replacement?”

The easy answer? Grade A repair is always better than Grade B repair!

LCD and Screens which are Grade A are as good as the original. On the other hand, Grade B LCD and Screens are manufactured in China which is cheaper, less sensitive and has a faded display color.

What payment methods do you accept?

• I accept Cash, PayNow, and PayLah (Preferred payment methods – No handling fee and transaction limit).
• Domestic Cards (Visa,Mastercard and Amex) – 2.5%, regardless of the transaction amount.
• International Cards (Visa,Mastercard and Amex) – 3.5%, regardless of the transaction amount.
• For GrabPay and ShopeePay, there will be a handling fee of 2.5% for transactions that exceed $1,000.
• I also accept Capital Voucher (only applicable for Bukit Panjang branch) and Frasers Voucher (only applicable for Tampines branch).

Do you provide delivery services?

Yes. I provide delivery services with charges for $15 SGD. My usual delivery timing is between 1 pm to 6 pm daily. Do note that I do not provide delivery for repairs and oversea shipping services

How do I fix my Honor phone?

• Find the repair you need to fix your device’s problem.

Does the repairs have a warranty?

Yes! Below are my warranty policy:

• How long is the repair warranty? There will be a 30 days warranty for all repair services.
• There is no warranty for camera removal services or installation services where the parts are from your own source
• Please sign off and ensure your repair details are successfully registered into my system after the repair.
• For water damaged units, my warranty applies to the replaced parts only.
• Warranty does not cover cosmetic defects, water damages, cracked screens, and human errors.
