Sales Terms

These Sales Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of mobile devices, accessories, and related products, also referred to as “Products”, from Mister Mobile Trading Pte Ltd, referred to in this document as “Mister Mobile”. By completing a purchase in store, online, through messaging channels, or through third party platforms, you agree to these Sales Terms.
These Sales Terms operate together with Mister Mobile’s Warranty Policy, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, Terms and Conditions, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, these Sales Terms shall prevail for matters relating to sales transactions.
1. Product Information and Accuracy
- Images shown on Mister Mobile’s website, social media, or platform listings are for illustration only. Actual product appearance, particularly for pre-owned devices, may differ.
- Specifications are based on manufacturer information and may vary between regional models.
- For Used Devices, internal components, packaging, or bundled items may differ from the original manufacturer configuration. Certain models may not include original manufacturer accessories. Where applicable, Mister Mobile may provide compatible accessories that are not supplied by the original manufacturer.
- Mister Mobile may correct errors relating to descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time. If an order is affected by such an error, Mister Mobile may cancel the order.
2. Product Condition Classification
Mister Mobile classifies Products to provide general guidance on product condition prior to purchase. All condition descriptions and classifications are indicative only and are determined by Mister Mobile based on physical inspection and diagnostic evaluation at the point of sale.
Final product classification, cosmetic assessment, functionality status, and any related condition descriptions are determined solely by Mister Mobile and shall be considered final at the point of sale for the purposes of the transaction.
2.1 New
A device is classified as New only if it is:
- Brand new and unused
- Supplied in its original packaging and may include original manufacturer accessories, as applicable
- Confirmed to be functional at the point of sale
Note : Activation or system checks performed strictly for verification, compliance, warranty validation, or channel requirements prior to sale do not constitute prior personal use and do not affect the device’s classification as New.
2.2 Pristine
Pre-owned devices that are almost identical to new:
- Screen in excellent cosmetic condition, with no obvious defects visible under normal inspection
- Exterior showing minimal signs of prior use
- Battery condition assessed to be in good working order at the point of sale
- Fully functional based on Mister Mobile’s diagnostic testing
2.3 Mint
Pre-owned devices with light signs of previous use:
- Minor cosmetic marks or light scratches that are not immediately noticeable during normal use
- Minimal exterior wear consistent with careful prior use
- Battery condition assessed to be in acceptable working condition at the point of sale
- Fully functional based on Mister Mobile’s diagnostic testing
2.4 Satisfactory
Pre-owned devices with moderate wear but remaining suitable for normal operation:
- Visible cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, or small chips that do not materially affect usability
- Noticeable exterior wear consistent with prior use
- Battery condition assessed to be functional at the point of sale
- All essential functions operational based on Mister Mobile’s diagnostic testing
3. Accessories
- Accessories, such as chargers, cables, cases, screen protectors, and similar items, are sold in new condition.
- Compatibility with the customer’s device is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Pricing and Order Rules
4.1 Pricing
- All pricing terms are governed by Mister Mobile’s Payment Policy, which shall prevail for matters relating to currency, GST treatment, listed prices, and applicable charges.
- Prices displayed across retail outlets and online platforms may differ and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only when:
- Payment is successfully processed
- Stock availability is verified
- Mister Mobile issues an official order confirmation
4.3 Deposit Requirements
All deposit-related requirements, including reservations, pre-orders, refund conditions, and application toward final payment, are governed by Mister Mobile’s Payment Policy.
4.4 Promotions and Free Gifts
- All promotions, free gifts, and additional offers are subject to stock availability and are offered on a while-stocks-last basis.
- Mister Mobile reserves the right to substitute any free gift with an item of similar value or to withdraw the free gift where stock is unavailable.
- Promotions and offers may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Requirements
- All payment matters are governed by Mister Mobile’s Payment Policy.
- Full payment must be successfully completed and verified before any Product is released for collection or delivery.
- Payments must be made only through official payment methods provided or confirmed by Mister Mobile. Mister Mobile is not responsible for any loss arising from payments made through unauthorised channels or third-party links not authorised by Mister Mobile.
- Mister Mobile may request identification for order verification, particularly for high-value transactions, and may cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or if the transaction presents a fraud or security risk.
6. Delivery Terms
- Delivery timelines are indicative only and depend on courier schedules. Mister Mobile does not guarantee delivery timelines and is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other external factors.
- Standard delivery and same-day delivery options are available for eligible orders placed directly with Mister Mobile. These delivery options do not apply to purchases made through third-party platforms.
- Delivery fees, payment processing fees, and accessory purchases are not refundable.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or repeated failed attempts, Mister Mobile is not responsible for any resulting delay or loss, and additional fees may apply.
7. Inspection and Reporting Requirements
You are encouraged to inspect the Product promptly upon receiving or collecting it to ensure it generally corresponds with the purchased description.
Mister Mobile conducts inspection and quality checks prior to sale. If any material discrepancy or issue is identified upon initial receipt or collection, you should notify Mister Mobile within a reasonable timeframe for further assessment.
7.1 Reporting Issues
Issues relating to the Product’s initial condition, completeness, or discrepancies identified upon receipt or collection should be reported within 24 hours for review as initial-condition matters.
Issues raised after this timeframe will be regarded as post-receipt matters and will be assessed, where applicable, in accordance with the Product’s limited warranty or after-sales support terms.
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1 New Devices
- New Devices are final sales and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange through Mister Mobile except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8.2 Used Devices (including Pristine, Mint, and Satisfactory)
- Used Devices may qualify for return or exchange subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions that apply to these product categories.
All return and exchange matters follow Mister Mobile’s Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which define the full conditions, procedures, and limitations governing returns and exchanges.
9. Warranty Coverage
All warranty matters, including coverage type, duration, eligibility, exclusions, and service procedures, follow Mister Mobile’s Warranty Policy. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty requests.
10. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring network and accessory compatibility
- Ensuring the Product suits your intended purpose
- Managing passwords, accounts, and personal data
- Backing up all data before use or warranty submission
- Removing all accounts and activation locks before submitting for warranty
Mister Mobile is not liable for data loss or issues caused by third party applications or forgotten passwords.
11. Third Party Platform Purchases
Purchases made through Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Carousell, Reebelo, or other third party platforms follow the platform’s own policies on payment, cancellation, refunds, voucher usage, delivery, and buyer protection.
- Prices, promotions, and stock availability on these platforms may differ from Mister Mobile’s retail outlets and website.
- Mister Mobile is not responsible for disputes or issues arising from platform rules or functions.
- Mister Mobile may cancel or amend transactions where required to address platform system errors, listing inaccuracies, or pricing discrepancies.
12. Limitations and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Mister Mobile is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption.
- Mister Mobile is not responsible for delays, service failures, or losses caused by third party providers, including couriers, payment processors, or platform operators.
- Mister Mobile is not responsible for data loss, software issues, or compatibility limitations arising from operating system versions, applications, or third party software.
- Mister Mobile’s total liability in connection with any sales-related claim is limited to the purchase price of the Product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not affect your rights under Mister Mobile’s Warranty Policy or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. After Sales Support
- Mister Mobile may provide after sales support which includes basic troubleshooting, diagnostic checks, guidance on warranty procedures, and referrals to authorised service centres.
- Support availability varies by Product type and store location.
14. Amendments to These Terms
Mister Mobile may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Revised terms will take effect upon publication with a new Effective Date and will apply to future transactions only, unless otherwise stated. In the event of any discrepancy, the version published on the official Mister Mobile website shall prevail.
