The Trade-In Value quoted on the Device Trade-In Calculator is preliminary. Mister Mobile reserves the right to adjust the final quotation if there are any discrepancies found from the options you have selected.
The quoted Trade-In Value is valid for transactions of less than 3 of the same model. For bulk transactions, contact me through WhatsApp to confirm the quote before visiting.
As quotes fluctuate with the market rate, they are valid for same-day transactions or until the next day before 8 pm only. For example, a quote received on June 10th is valid on June 10th and 11th (before 8 pm). If you wish to trade in/ buyback your device another day, it is important to recheck the prices.
You must provide your Identity Card at the point of transaction. I need your NRIC for the trade-in process as per the requirements of the Singapore Police Force and Secondhand Dealers’ License regulations.
You must not trade in a device with a carrier lock, SIM lock, or company lock and still under a financing plan. If you submit a device with any of these locks, you will be fully liable for any potential police report or legal action. You will also take full responsibility by repurchasing the device from Mister Mobile.
Mister Mobile reserves the right to reject any trade-in/buyback at my discretion.
For example, a device bought 6 months ago, even if unused, is considered a used set. Kindly carry out your due diligence and inquire if there are any discrepancies regarding my definition of a “Brand New Device.”

Keeping the official receipt ensures a smooth and more transparent trade-in process, as it shows proof that you are the rightful owner of the device. Furthermore, the official receipt is also the key to accessing warranty benefits. This will hence affect your trade-in value.

When your device exhibits unresponsive or erratic behaviour, leading to frustration and hindrance in using the device effectively.
When your device does not reliably recognise or authenticate your fingerprint or facial features as intended.
To determine if your device is a local set, check the back of the original box of your Apple device. Look for the Model number (e.g., MRY92ZP/A or MRY92X/A).
• For most iPhone models, including iPhone 16, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max, local sets have a Model Number ending with "ZP/A".
• For iPhone 16e, local sets have a Model Number ending with "X/A".
If your Model Number does not match these, it is an export set.
Samsung
To determine if your device is a local set, check the back of the original box of your Samsung device. Look for the sentence “Complies with IMDA Standards [Dealer’s License No.]”. How do you check the device’s battery health? Follow my guide here!
1. Go to Settings, and look for Battery.
2. Tap into Battery Health.
The Battery Health feature on an iPhone indicates the remaining battery life and alerts if a replacement is necessary. It is important to review this feature periodically to maintain optimal battery health.
There is no feature to check your battery health. However, you can still watch for indicators such as needing to recharge your battery often, your device shutting down despite having more than 10% battery remaining, or when your device only functions when connected to power.
