Residency: Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident or anyone with the following visa (min. 6 months validity): Employment Pass, S Pass, One Pass, PEP, Entrepass
Minimum income: Have an annual income of $10,000+
Payment method: Bank-issued credit or debit card only

How do I lease with Mister Mobile?

Please follow the steps shared by our Customer Service team on WhatsApp to finalise your order.
Upon approval, you'll receive an email confirmation with a QR code, which you can present in-store to collect your phone.

What are my options during the final month of my lease?

Extend: Continue the same monthly payments without a minimum period (subject to approval), or recommit to a new leasing period at a discount
Swap: One-to-one device upgrade with Swap (subject to approval)
Return: Return your device by scheduling for a free courier collection
Purchase: Purchase the device at any point during your lease after completing the first month. See how we calculate purchase price

How does damage cover work?

Damage Cover offers 90% reimbursement for eligible repairs. Report the damage to Circular, get it fixed at an authorised repair center, and receive reimbursement afterwards.

Can I cancel the lease early?

Yes, you can cancel the lease early by paying a penalty fee and returning the device to Circular.
