- Mobile number

- NRIC number (only for trade-ins, in line with legal requirements)
This information is collected solely for operational purposes such as processing repairs, purchases, and trade-ins.

Collected personal data may be used to:
- Provide service updates or order confirmations
- Evaluate device eligibility for trade-ins
- Arrange deliveries and provide after-sales support
- Send marketing and promotional communications, including product updates, offers, and surveys.
Your personal data will not be used for any purposes beyond those stated, unless Mister Mobile obtains your explicit consent.
Repair Testing
In some cases, customers may be asked to provide a passcode or unlock their device to allow testing of basic functions such as the dialer, camera, and settings. Private content and applications (e.g. WhatsApp, messages, photos) will not be accessed under any circumstances.
Providing a passcode is optional. However, declining may lead to limited warranty coverage or delays due to incomplete testing.
Any misuse of customer data is a serious offence and will be in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Data Protection Measures
All personal data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel. Data is never stored on unsecured personal devices or shared with unauthorised third parties.
NRIC details collected for trade-ins are handled in compliance with the Secondhand Dealers Act.
Third-Party Service Providers
To support operations, limited data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g. logistics partners, payment processors). These providers are required to comply with strict confidentiality obligations and may only use the data for service fulfilment.Customer Rights
